Job Description
To ensure availability and accuracy of the information necessary for the organization to make smart data-driven decision, measure market direction, measure company performance, and maximize Customer Value Management based on the IT Business Intelligence capabilities. Secure development process awareness
- Support Business Intelligence Information extraction, reporting, Information Visualizations capabilities, Customer Behavior Analytics, Market performance KPIs, and Operational Data Store.
- Ensure compliance to predefined SLAs ensuring appropriate consistency and quality in service level provided.
- Technical ownership of the Data Extraction, Data Replication, Data Mining, Business Reporting, and Customer Value management tools.
- Reporting and on time escalation of production problems besides providing Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
Job Requirements
- .Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
- 0-2 years of experience in application administration and support
- Good system analysis and design skills
- Good knowledge of SQL/PLSQL and database implementation using relational databases
- Deep Knowledge in Business Intelligence and Data warehousing concepts.
- Good knowledge in Data Extraction, Reporting, and Campaign Management tools.
- UNIX/Linux Shell scripting.
- Knowledge in Service Management and Service Lifecycle is a plus.
- Data Extraction/replication tools (i.e.: IBM Data Stage, Informatic ETL/CDC, IBM CDC, Oracle Golden Gate …).
- Reporting tools (i.e.: SAP Business Objects, Tableau …).
- ITIL Foundation
