Job Description
Plan and execute a Human Resources plan to implement in a medium size IT organization .
The plan must include;
- Maintaining current staff and set KPA list, benefits, and development programs.
- Recruitment cycle to be implemented filtering high caliber Technical & Sales resources.
- Monitor and update if necessary for at least ONE year.
Job Requirements
- University degree in Human Resources (BSc, Msc, PHD)
- Sufficient Attendance per week on premises for the first 3 months.
- At least 10 years in HR managerial position in any organization.
- Experience in IT organization is a plus.
