• Prepare marketing strategy by Identifying growth opportunities and potential deals within our market segment
• Convert leads into sales
• Increase revenue and retention rated of accounts (retail/ corporate) through approaching and up-selling
• Market intelligence - Work to analyze customer needs, current market conditions and competitor information and recommend appropriate strategies/ initiatives.
• Integrate patients need and market data into the Upstream Marketing and Business Development plan
• Develop go-to-market strategy (offline and online)
• Annual sales planning process for respective services
• Ensuring that customer requests are responded in an accurate and timely manner
