Prepare for planning, scheduling, and managing project activities and assign tasks to the team and resources -and coordinate the chart and reporting line according to tasks to ensure an effective workload and meet deadlines.
Manage and sustain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures to ensure reduction of waste and to save resources.
Review and finalize budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
Manage and coordinate with project manager, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, and projects’ implementation problems.
Conduct daily on-site observations to control compliance with building and safety standards and codes, and other regulations.
Conduct investigations and analyze root-causes of damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
Negotiate contracts and contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors to reach collaborative partnerships.
Execute change requests when necessary in response to customer requests.
Manage proposals and drawings, and study inventory availability to meet customer requests.
Communicate and manage plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients
