Job Description
- Prepare for planning, scheduling, and managing project activities and assign tasks to the team and resources -and coordinate the chart and reporting line according to tasks to ensure an effective workload and meet deadlines.
- Manage and sustain cost monitoring and reporting systems and procedures to ensure reduction of waste and to save resources.
- Review and finalize budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking reports.
- Manage and coordinate with project manager, supervisory personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints, and projects’ implementation problems.
- Conduct daily on-site observations to control compliance with building and safety standards and codes, and other regulations.
- Conduct investigations and analyze root-causes of damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites to ensure that proper construction procedures are being followed.
- Negotiate contracts and contractual agreements with consultants, clients, suppliers, or subcontractors to reach collaborative partnerships.
- Execute change requests when necessary in response to customer requests.
- Manage proposals and drawings, and study inventory availability to meet customer requests.
- Communicate and manage plans and contract terms to representatives of the owner or developer, including administrative staff, workers, or clients
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering
- Must have experience in mega commercial and residential projects.
- willingness to allocate outside Cairo
- Excellent proficiency of English Language
