Job Description
- Responsible for internal communication activities.
- Respond on inquiries through emails, face to face and social media Communication.
- Review and approve any internal emails and announcements sent to large groups.
- Handling staff suggestions, complaints and communication problems
- Create and coordinate employee events and engagement programs following the preset plan.
- Perform satisfaction survey and analyze the reasons and follow Department’s actions according to feedback.
- Align staff with company values, updates and news.
- Manage company’s social media channels.
- Develop and manage staff motivation programs and recognition events.
- Manage newcomers’ orientations and announcements.
Job Requirements
- Very good awareness of Ms. Office.
- V. Good on Photoshop program.
- Copy writing skills.
- Moderation skills
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Level of English: Very Good
- +1 year of work experience in a call center field .
