Job Description
- Provide support to and coordinate with Project Manager on all Mechanical
issues in the course of projects including HVAC, - Review shop drawings, materials submittal, and method statements to ensure the smooth running of the project
- Ensures all works carried comply with the mechanical drawings and project specifications as stipulated.
- To make certain that all architectural drawings are in line and coordinated with
other departmental design drawings prior to proceeding with structural work and to highlight any discrepancies for necessary corrections. - Conduct site inspections to ascertain standards of safety and structural quality are being met.
- Maintains job records, text reports, and similar documentation.
- Evaluate and recommend feasible construction methodology as per site conditions
and as per contract requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus experience in the HVAC engineering industry
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience 2-4: years in the HVAC system.
