Job Description

  • Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Assists in branding management and corporate identity.
  • Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content creation, and implementation schedules.
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Assists in outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, etc.)
  • Monitors& reviews on all marketing activities and results on a weekly basis.
  • Researches and monitors the activity of company competitors
  • Moderates Social media channels and reports.
  • Suggests activities for improving the quality of online content.
  • Carries out all the functions required by the direct manager job requirements
  • Create online digital campaigns theme and vision
  • Create, maintain and monitor campaigns on LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, SEM,SEO Google AdWords and onsite search and any other social platform
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Follows social media insights and best practices
  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, social media campaigns
  • Measure and report performance of all digital channels and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights within the budget.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth ideas.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if there.
  • Manage all digital campaigns, including search engine marketing (Google Ad Words and onsite search)
  • Collaborate with Marketing Manager to evaluate customer segments and create customer segmentation groups for focused targeted marketing based on customer profiling
  • Gather and share competitive insights related to marketing strategies by targeted competitors and recommend marketing strategies to counter off-set competitor marketing moves based on learned trends and insights
  • Generate marketing qualified leads.
  • Develop brand presence through digital channels
  • Plan and effectively execute a social media strategy for generating demand for the services offered.
  • Manage the SEO on all online channels
  • Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, bench marking, messaging and audience identification
  • Edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Preferable real estate experience
  • High level of creativity
  • Analytical skills
  • V Good Command of English
  • Mass communication graduate is Preferably.
  • Background: Digital agencies experience is a must.
  • Creative content writing is a MUST ( Arabic & English)
  • Proven record of successful campaign with measurable ROI
