Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Handle company recruitment process (Screen, filter & conduct Phone screening interviews).
  • Schedule, organize and conduct interviews & related tests.
  • Supporting in other HR functions when needed.
  • Responsible for preparing hiring documents for newly joined employees.
  • Handling the on boarding of new employees.
  • Handle the resignation of existing employees and on-time replacement.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Very Good command of English and Arabic. 
  • Good in communication & negotiation skills
  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles Familiarity
  • Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
