Job Description
- Manage and trouble shoots any electrical Problems in the Production Lines, ensure that Preventive maintenance schedules conforming standards.
- Develop PLC, HMI, SCADA programming and perform PLC configuration and validation.
- Following up all Electrical, PLC’s and HMI’s troubleshooting & startup.
- Designing a new conventional and PLC’s control circuits & system integration and Maintain the old system.
- Evaluate tenders and inquiries.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in the tendering phase.
- Coordinate with consultants and suppliers.
- Hardware configuration.
- Creating systems layout & wiring diagram.
- Following up and testing of assembled panels.
- Diagnostic and service for pre-installed systems.
- Documentation (Project schedule, cause, and effect, wiring diagrams …. etc.)
- Arrange and Supervise onsite installation
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation and classic control.
- BS in an Engineering field (Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Mechatronic Engineering and Automation Engineering)
- Very good experiences in maintenance work
- Must has experience in SIEMENS (PLC/HMI/SCADA/DCS) and classic control component.
- Exposure to a wide variety of production machinery, industrial sensors and equipment (Level, temperature, pressure transducers, current and power meters …etc) is a plus.
- Experience With Controlling AC, DC, Stepper, and servo motors and PLC.
- Experience With Controlling Pneumatic System.
- Egyptian Males only are accepted (Alexandria).
- Excellent command of English.
- Good communication skills.
