Job Description

This is a FULL-TIME position with full benefits and not a project-based or a part-time work from home position. Also, you will be signing an employment contract under Egyptian labor law. This allows us to provide you with the full benefits package (Ex: employment contract under Egyptian labor law, HSBC Bank Account, social insurance, medical insurance, pay applicable taxes, etc.) and comply with the Egyptian Labor law.

 

As a RealSelf/Tajmeeli Account Executive, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle. You will be helping us to build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling our products to them. Also, you will serve as the initial business contact for our doctors and medical centres clients and will be responsible for acquiring, engaging, and upselling our products to them. 

Specifically, your role would be asked to: 

  • Meet and exceed sales and engagement plan targets by building relationships with clients based on proper expectations and a mapped path to client success.
  • Manage a book of business from onboarding to contract initiation: account start-up, technical support, conflict resolution, quarterly reviews, account optimization, and upsells.
  • Works closely with clients to facilitate activity from a new member to sponsor to ensure growth and success of a managed book of business.
  • Effectively communicates company value proposition and offerings to our new prospects and current clients.
  • Support the launch or expanded availability of both new and core markets via cold-calling/emailing and relationship-building based on company directives.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Sales/Business Development experience is required.
  • Can Do Attitude.
  • Bilingual English/Arabic is a must (C1 English Level is required)/ French language is an asset.
  • Proven ability to leverage sales instincts to balance acquisition activities to reach and exceed sales goals.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and skilled negotiator with a focus on solving problems and creating win-win situations.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a high level of initiative and critical thinking.
  • The ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated success using solid verbal/ written communication and relationship building skills to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to effectively work both independently and as a team player within an inside sales and support team environment.
  • CRM/Salesforce.com proficiency and experience.
