Job Description

Job Summary:

  • Responsible to develop, implement, track, and optimize our Social Media marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all Social media campaigns whether paid or Organic campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media
  • Awareness of Branding quality & Guidelines.
  • Strong content creation & Copy writing abilities.
  • Strong knowledge of Media buying techniques including cost optimization and A/B testing and minimum Cost per action (lead, install, click, etc.)
  • Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
  • Leadership skills to manage team effectively.
  • Ability to create different kinds of content such as (engaging, Humorous , News jacking & Trends jacking ,Emotional ,etc.)
  • Ability to manage social platforms such as (FB, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
  • Reporting Directly to Country Marketing Manager.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in social media marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
  • Previous experience in App marketing is preferred.
  • Cairo residents are preferred.
