Job Summary:
- Responsible to develop, implement, track, and optimize our Social Media marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute all Social media campaigns whether paid or Organic campaigns.
- Design, build and maintain our social media
- Awareness of Branding quality & Guidelines.
- Strong content creation & Copy writing abilities.
- Strong knowledge of Media buying techniques including cost optimization and A/B testing and minimum Cost per action (lead, install, click, etc.)
- Measure and report performance of all digital campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where
- Leadership skills to manage team effectively.
- Ability to create different kinds of content such as (engaging, Humorous , News jacking & Trends jacking ,Emotional ,etc.)
- Ability to manage social platforms such as (FB, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube)
- Reporting Directly to Country Marketing Manager.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven working experience in social media marketing
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing social media and advertising campaigns
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and
- Previous experience in App marketing is preferred.
- Cairo residents are preferred.
