Job Description
Core Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for art direction and graphic design, design, production, completion, and
delivery. - Manage graphic design projects and prioritize projects with the marketing team to ensure on-time delivery
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts.
- Working with a wide range of media, including photography and computer- aided designs.
- Working on layouts and art working pages ready for print
- Design a corporate identity/ branding & visual identity
- Design of stationery and brochures.
- Working on advertising (indoor designs, outdoor campaigns Events, Exhibitions branding
& social media campaigns) - Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media, particularly, design programs such as Illustrator, photoshop and Acrobat
- Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to direct managers
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
Job Requirements
- Years of Experience: 8 to 10 years' experience
- Understanding of market segmentation & the different characteristic of each segment
- Understanding of importance of Brand equity
- Initiative and enthusiastic.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to organize, multitasks, and meets deadlines.
- Ability to deal with agencies and suppliers.
- Takes initiatives, Creative, delivers on deadlines
- Prepare regular reports & feedback
- Works within the department budget to develop cost-effective marketing plans
