Job Description
- Searching for new potential clients, who could benefit from the products.
- Provide after-sales technical support.
- Provide pre-sales technical support.
- Solve client's problems.
- Meeting regular sales target.
- Preparing a report for head office.
- Achieving clients' satisfaction.
- Identify and contact prospective new customers.
- Recommend appropriate products and services to customers.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on the technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations
- Lead multiple prospective customers to close sales orders at the same time.
- Able to craft preliminary solutions to customers with a reasonably competent degree of engineering accuracy.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogues.
- Maintain relationships with past clients to get continuous helpful feedback, offer new products and services, and discover and solve all ongoing client issues to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate details of contracts and payments.
- Consult with engineers regarding technical problems with products.
- Travel to customer locations to conduct business as business demands.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with customers on a daily base.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and current customers.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.
- Sell the company’s products or services to customers within your given territory.
- Meet the Company's target.
- Weekly, monthly reports regarding feedback, progress and BD advises.

Job Requirements
- Solid technical background (Engineering)
- Excellent sales and communication skills.
- Good business sense.
- Ability to build a relationship quickly & effectively.
- Sales experience 3-5 years at least.
- Multi-Tasking.
- Time management.
- Projects Sales background will be an advantage.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent Computer Skills (office).
- Preferred to have reliable transportation.
- Sales experience in Steel, Caravans, Prefabricated buildings, Building materials, Construction, or any relevant field is a must.
