Job Description
- Approach new clients who might benefit from QSIT’s services and maximizing client in designated regions and industry through networking, courtesy and follow-up calls
- Qualify, develop, propose and close deals for a broad range of services and solutions within Middle East and Africa Regions.
- Responsible for preparing requested reports and keeping customers’ records
- Comply to Alkan CIT Group’s strategies, to ensure meeting the annual sales target of the assigned accounts
- Create technical presentations and ensure that it satisfies the client needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
- Provide technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of computer systems and networks
- Ensure good quality of services by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of QSIT systems and processes, and documenting them
- Network and follow up with the existing customers to maintain good relationships and links with these customers and promote additional products and upgrades
Job Requirements
- Bachelor in Computer Science or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3-5 of experience in the same industry
- Previous experience with Government Clients in MEA region would be an asset
- Knowledge of Market research tools
- Fluency in both English and Arabic languages (French would be an asset)
