Job Description
- Source candidates by using databases and social media and other hiring channels
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
- Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Interview candidates to assess their skills
- Create a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Assist with other administrative functions
- Align with the HR Manager regarding monthly hiring needs
- Prepare monthly attrition analysis
- Prepare weekly reports detailing hiring progress
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent command of the written and spoken English language
- Excellent communication and handling skills
- Has previous experience in hiring white and blue collars
- Having experience in hiring managerial positions is a plus
- Past experience in mass hiring is an added advantage
- Excellent time management skills
