Job Description
- Develop maintenance plans and schedules (preventive & Corrective) for utilities (HVAC, Boilers, AHU, Compressors, Pumps, tanks, firefighting) and infrastructure to ensure the best utilization in the factory
- Follow up daily operation of Boiler house, hot water pumping station and compressor house
- Set plan for equipment autonomous maintenance (Inspection, Lubrication, and Tightening)
- Creates project manufacturing specifications and design drawings for any new installation and industrial equipment.
- Provide technical support including proper operation and maintenance procedures
- Ensure smooth and trouble-free operation of the equipment.
- Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required.
- Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance.
- Initiate proper startup/shutdown activities for planned and unplanned startup/shutdown.
Job Requirements
- BS in (Mechatronics Engineering , Mechanical engineering.)
- Must have 5+ years in Manufacturing utilities
- Ability to organize, oversee and fine-tune processes, while scheduling and developing efficient workflow at the site is necessary.
