Job Description
- Contact between the creative Department and other departments, to reduce interruption in the creative department, and increase the focus of the team members.
- Fill, collect and organize briefs/request from other departments using the premade templates using the software of choice .
- Collaborate with Creative department members and other departments in setting up schedules for requested tasks and projects, and declare the schedules with stakeholders.
- Actively following up the project status, notifying creative team members with feedbacks, updates regarding open projects and tasks.
- Ensure that the deliverables match the briefs.
- Prepare reports on regular basis related to account (Brands) Status, number of tasks/requests handled.
Job Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from reputable university.
Experience
- 1-3 years in similar role / responsibilities , Experience in advertising agency is a plus.
