Job Description
- Build deep channel understanding from customer perspective covering channel issues and trends Ensure this understanding is shared & developed throughout the sales organization to support develop sales opportunities.
- Define optimal product-assortment for the Channel and implement/execute across channels
- Develop POSM materials for the organization and monitor/ track execution through merchandising team
- Develop channel annual activity plans in line with strategy and budgets
- Define channel issues and opportunities and Create Channel demand drivers & jobs to be done and ensure execution of J2BD by channel
- Build activities to maximize channel coverage & growth for MT in particular
- Develop relevant marketing campaigns, manage implementation and measurement for relevant channels

Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of Experience in FMCG
- Proven work experience in Trade Marketing
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Ideally headhunted from (FMCG Vendors or Supermarkets)
