Job Description

We’re a fast-growing multinational company. We work with some of the biggest billion-dollar-revenue brands in the US!

We're currently hiring for an immediate start!!

We're looking for someone who's flexible to work rotational shifts (from home permanently) and can start immediately!!

Saturdays & Sundays are off.

***We can't accept candidates who are applying or a second job***

Handling calls, e-mails & webchats.

Rotational shifts (8hrs). Days off (rotational).

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Job Requirements

  • Must have your own laptop & headset (if not, you can work from our office).
  • Fluency in English (AMERICAN ACCENT IS A MUST).
  • Graduates only!!!
  • Must accept to work rotational shifts.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in CS is a plus.
  • Familiar with handling calls.
  • Familiar with sending Business E-mails.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
