Job Description
- Keep accurate daily records for all financial transactions
- Follow & process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Update internal systems with all financial transactions
- Review & process all payment requests
- Process cash payments, cheques, bank transfers, and LGs
- Prepare & record invoices & receipts
- Track bank transactions & reconcile bank statements
- Analyze expenses & provide advices to improve efficiency
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
- Review and implement financial policies
- Record, prepare & control tax statements, customs & social insurance balances
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting (Import field is preferred)
- Good experience in dealing with taxes authorities
- A bachelor’s degree of finance, accounting, or economics
- Good command of English language
- Professional use of Microsoft Excel
- Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data
- Excellent communication & time management skills
- A resident of Heliopolis area is preferred
