Job Description
- Helping master chef to plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
- Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Condition and cleanliness of facilities and equipment
- Monitoring the stocks of all food, beverage, material, and equipment and ensures that service requirements are met
- Contacting material supplies and responsible of buying all kitchen materials
- Maintaining good health and hygiene standards
