Job Description

  • Ensuring provide high quality customer service, monitoring the delivery of the brand direction and recommending areas of improvement.
  • Responsible for creating and implementing a long-term communication strategy, producing a yearly commercial calendar plan, liaising with Marketing Manager & Upper Management about marketing related issues, at the same time cultivating a positive working relation with them.
  • Maintain knowledge on all marketing objectives and administer everyday activities for all marketing plans and provide promotional strategies for same.
  • Supervise all competitor activities for promotion of brands and determine effective cash collection system and evaluate performance of all national sales and marketing departments.
  • Develops media marketing strategies and other non-campaign activities.
  • In charge of providing strategic input and direction for the brand, developing style guides, templates, and other materials, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company’s vision, mission, and objectives in mind; and advising internal and external stakeholders on issues relevant to the brand.
  • Monitor all requests for product upgrades and design various marketing and advertising initiatives and recommend various brand promotions strategies.
  • Observe social, economic, and political trends that might ultimately affect the firm, and they make recommendations to enhance the firm's image on the basis of those trends.
  • Handle special events, such as the sponsorship of races, parties introducing new products, or other activities that the firm supports in order to gain public attention through the press without advertising directly.

Job Requirements

FMCG Experience is A MUST, Hospitality & Restaurants is preferred. 

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors or master's degree in business administration with an emphasis on marketing or journalism. 

Key Skills & Core Competencies : 

  • Maturity, creativity, highly self-motivated, resistance to stress, flexibility, and decisive.
  • Ability to communicate persuasively, both orally and in writing, with other managers, staff, and the public.
  • Tact, good judgment, and exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective personal relationships with supervisory and professional staff members and client firms.

Languages:

  • Fluent in written, spoken and read English
