Job Description
- Build long relationship with clients.
- Management and development of Digital projects for clients.
- Understand the requirements for offline Projects if needed.
- Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns.
- Recommend, design and implement projects to increase their ROI.
- Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project.
- Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments.
- Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Make sure that project is delivered on the scheduled timeline.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
- Open new sales channels and improve client retention.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
- Prepare and present reports on their progress.
- Use Data to Manage Risks.
- Focus on building trust with key business stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of Account Management ( Digital).
- 5+ years of experience in the field of advertising and marketing.
- 5 years of experience in customer service.
- Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
- Effective team-working skills.
- Influencing and decision maker.
- Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
- Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
- In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology.
- Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
- MBA in Marketing will be a plus.
