Job Description

  • Build long relationship with clients.
  • Management and development of Digital projects for clients.
  • Understand the requirements for offline Projects if needed.
  • Analyze effectiveness of  digital campaigns.
  • Recommend, design and implement projects to increase their ROI.
  • Coordination and supervision of all key processes of the project.
  • Respond to briefs from clients’ marketing departments.
  • Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Make sure that project is delivered on the scheduled timeline.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  •  Open new sales channels and improve client retention.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  •  Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Prepare and present reports on their progress.
  • Use Data to Manage Risks.
  • Focus on building trust with key business stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of Account Management ( Digital).
  • 5+ years of experience in the field of advertising and marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure and assimilate large quantities of information quickly, while maintaining attention to details.
  • Effective team-working skills.
  • Influencing and decision maker.
  • Passion for advertising and an understanding of what makes a good campaign.
  • Resilience to deal with problems and constructive criticism.
  • In-depth knowledge of online marketing tools and technology.
  • Excellent understanding and knowledge of social media platforms.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success.
  • MBA in Marketing will be a plus.
