Job Description

The role works with head office functions and franchisees, implement marketing campaigns and ensure promoting the vision of the company through high-quality graphic content. This role will have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work that demonstrates their passion for illustrative design and typography.  He / She will have experience in working with numerous different design platforms such as digital and print forms.

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for the visual standard output of brand image and the control of brand visual quality.
  • In charge of online and offline promotion and related art creative designing, such as H5 design, FB / Twitter / Instagram official account creative draft design, and online promotion design combined with copywriting and hot spots, etc.
  • Responsible for the output of brand graphic design standardization programs, such as the design optimization of posters, invitations, brochures, PPT and other application extension programs.
  • Timely respond to the standardization design requirements of various departments of the headquarters and city companies, and provide corresponding support.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above. Major in Designing or relevant.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing / graphic design or equivalent area.
  • Good spoken and written English / Chinese capability is a PLUS.
  • A portfolio of visionary and art work can be shown and talk about the ideas to the team.
  • Ability to use design programs and essential tools, including the Adobe Suite: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects A keen eye for aesthetics and details
  • Understanding of layout, design, typography, the digital and print requirements for formatting interactive media to create motion graphics, animation, audio, or smart phone apps.
  • Time management capabilities, client-servicing skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Must be able to work independently, have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. “Can do” attitude required.
  • Must be a commercially minded team player with ability to relate to, and work with, different functional areas.
