Job Description
- Draft the projects execution plan based on logistics and deadline, and follow up on all its phases.
- Supervises the company’s product installation process at customer’s site.
- Understands and installs low current systems such as Public address, Pro Audio & Pro Lighting.
- Ensures the regular verification, implementation, maintenance, and functionally of the company products.
- Works on general arrangement drawings & detailed designs using AutoCAD
- Deliver the required technical training to technicians in order to implement the projects works in a quality way and according to the standard.
- Provides support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports.
- Collaborates with sales teams to qualify client opportunities, and manage the opportunities through the pursuit process.
- Conducts surveys at potential customers premises.
- Purchasing, installing and configuring computer hardware, operating systems and applications, and basic IT operations.
- Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults in company premises or on site of installation.
- Work with the team to solve all problems during the execution of projects until the final handover.
- Handle all correspondence with customers during the projects to ensure delivery of requirements and smooth operation.
Job Requirements
- University graduate in a related field (Communication Engineering).
- 2 years as minimum experience in a CCTV For Security Systems Engineers.
- 2 years as minimum experience in a sound systems & lightings For ProAudio Engineers.
- Strong organization skills.
- Dynamic, initiative, problem solver & good team player person.
- High level of facilities skills including interactive communication skills.
- Good Computer skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Arabic / English languages (written & spoken).
- Knowledge and customer awareness / handling skills.
