Job Description
- Assist in performing the company’s communication activities including external as well as internal.
- Assist in creating visual content that includes corporate videos and high-quality photos to be used for branding purposes.
- Develop and enhance the company’s website and ensure that the company information is updated.
- Interface with a number of key departments including Human Resources, Commercial, Operations and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) to source ideas for the social media outlets.
- Help in preparing internal communication emails such as announcements and bulletins.
- Coordinate with agencies such as public relations, design and printing to execute requested deliverables. Further, work on expanding the pool of agencies and suppliers that serve the company.
- Communicate with the public relations agency in order to follow up on public relations and social media tasks. Further, ensure receiving monthly performance reports from the public relations agencies.
- Monitor selected media outlets and create media coverage reports on a daily basis to get an insight about the market.
- Assist in the company’s exhibitions and events, the work includes but not limited to arranging booth installation, photography and providing marketing materials such as roll-ups and flyers, to ensure that the company’s brand is consistently and effectively represented.
- Coordinate with the projects to execute the branding and photo sessions.
- Process all transactions with the finance department and make sure all payments are settled.
- Establish and maintain relations with niche media outlets to reach target audience and enhance the company’s image.
- Create weekly/monthly reports to be presented to the direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Mass Communication or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in the Communication field
- Fluent English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
