Job Description
- Implement and maintain the Disciplinary Action Matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures & labor law, also handle disciplinary issues accordingly.
- Collaborates on annual training and development needs, including the execution and follow through of the training and development plans for employees and management.
- Support line manager and proactively identify the changing needs and business challenges related to employees (i.e., performance, engagement, etc.)
- Support career development plans for existing individuals, departments and organizational levels to support company growth.
- Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with managers and employees.
- Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.
- Conduct assessment programs to identify potential employees for promotion and classify gaps in skill set.
- Conduct seasonal studies on different HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey; generate and analyze related reports and suggest action plans accordingly.
- Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process.
- Update Organization structure
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources
- 2-3 years of experience
- Proficiency in MS Office ( Visio and Google Forms are plus )
- Fluency in English
- Strong understanding of Labor Law, Coaching certification is a plus
