Job Description

  • Implement and maintain the Disciplinary Action Matrix in line with applicable policies and procedures & labor law, also handle disciplinary issues accordingly.
  • Collaborates on annual training and development needs, including the execution and follow through of the training and development plans for employees and management.
  • Support line manager and proactively identify the changing needs and business challenges related to employees (i.e., performance, engagement, etc.)
  • Support career development plans for existing individuals, departments and organizational levels to support company growth.
  • Perform field visits to keep an open communication channel with managers and employees.
  • Support employees and managers during performance review and maintain the appraisal system.
  • Conduct assessment programs to identify potential employees for promotion and classify gaps in skill set.
  • Conduct seasonal studies on different HR metrics such as company turnover, probationary success, disciplinary actions, promotional rates and employee satisfaction survey; generate and analyze related reports and suggest action plans accordingly.
  • Conduct exit interviews and facilitate the exit process.
  • Update Organization structure

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources 
  • 2-3 years of experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office ( Visio and Google Forms are plus )
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong understanding of Labor Law, Coaching certification is a plus
