Job Description
Your Duties Would Be As Follows:
- Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suitthem
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices to ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties value
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Get a hand of help in the preparation of necessary paperwork (Registration forms)
- Keep tracking the property events
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Communicate with the development companies to keep the Information updated
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate market and best practices
- Track the progress of weekly, monthly and annual objectives
Job Requirements
- Experience from 1-3 years in Sales
- Bachelor degree is a must
- Familiar with Clients communications
- New Cairo residents or nearby places
- Preferably have a Car
