Job Description

  • Essentially ensure the smooth running of our office on a day-to-day basis.
  • Implementing the company policies and strategizing improvements to the existing processes. 
  • Developing initiatives related to company culture and employee wellness.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as responding to emails, and preparing and maintaining documents, including office correspondence, memos, resumes, and presentations.
  • Coordinating appointments and meetings and managing staff calendars and schedules.
  • Producing reports, composing correspondence, and drafting new contracts.
  • Assisting in the company’s HR function by keeping personnel records up to date, posting jobs, screen candidates, arranging interviews, and so on.
  • Guide projects and workflows from initiation to completion, lead employees sometimes on behalf of the CEO, delegate tasks and prioritize work tasks. 
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction is measured and goals are met, implementing plans for continuous improvement.
  • Hearing complaints and resolving employee conflicts and take initiative to solve problems independently and creatively. 
  • Assisting in the company’s financial administration by handling expenses, coordinating the payroll, and archiving invoices. 
  • Monitor the office supplies and the purchasing of new material and overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Gracefully handle pressure to and adapt to changing demands and responsibilities. 

Job Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated; able to work independently. 
  • Proficient in MS programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). 
  • Solid leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent time management, planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills. 
  • Familiarity with business and marketing is a plus. 
  • Preferable Nasr City residents, or nearby neighborhoods. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus.
