Job Purpose:
We are looking for a Secretary Specialist to join our team and monitor all Secretarial functions. As a secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures at the office.
Duties:
- Reports directly to Admin Manager
- Handles various organizational tasks
- Answer phone calls
- Writing up documents and reports
- Preparing and distributing company announcements

- Provides information by answering questions and requests.
Job Requirements
Skills/Qualifications:
- To be Arabian is a MUST.
- 2 years minimum work experience in a related position.
- Good command of written English.
- Reporting skills, administrative writing skills.
- Good use of Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
- Office environment control.
- Flexible working hours.
