Monitor risk exposures and proactively engage with the business to manage risk
Effectively communicate risk report information to and respond to risk-related inquiries from internal partners including the Risk Committee and Senior management.
Perform operational risk identification and assessment in business units.
Prepare operational risk issues and decisions reports on regular basis.
Prepare and monitoring KRI’s &RCSA
Assist in identifying and evaluating risk areas across the operational activities.
Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders and business partners by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance, Economics, statistics or a related field.
Experience 6 Years in financial institutions. (preferred in microfinance institutions)
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with strong attention to detail
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced team environment
