- Manage and maintain GM’s calendar including scheduling appointments, internal meetings, and conference calls.
- Draft and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents on behalf of GM.
- Secure appropriate signatures and track documents through the approval process on behalf of GM.
- Serve as a liaison with internal staff at all levels.
- Support other Senior Management staff on other projects as needed.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, briefing materials and presentations as needed to support the GM.
- Provide administrative support to GM in order to increase his availability for executive level responsibilities.
- Check and process incoming visitors of the Chairman and Managing Director.
- Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests and handling them when appropriate.
- Ensure proper follow-up on pending matters and bring it up to the attention of the GM.

- 3-5 years of experience in the same position.
- Presentable, multitasking and Highly organized.
- High communications skills.
- Business writing skills
- Fluent English is a Must.
- Preferably Nasr city Residents or nearby areas.
