- Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRM and SAP (customer relationship management platforms).
- Handling leads generation.
- Document & track all clients communication.
- Responding to, and tracking inbound leads and requests
- Distributing leads to sales teams.
- Responding to and routing Inbound Online Chat Sessions.
- Developing lists for outbound campaigns management.
- Helping to define data profile for leads and prospects.
- Maintain Database Integrity.
- Report on campaign results( Digital, SMS, Outdoor, TV, etc…)
- Interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding
- Managing proposals and contracts
- Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
- Inures the smoothness of the sales operations (Reservations, Contracts, Payment Plans).
- Develop/provide all necessary reports that assist management.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree from a respectable university.
- 2-4 years experience working as sales operations ex. or sales admin.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Very good business writing
- Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
- Presentable.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Very good command of English.
