Job Description

  • Managing technical tools and platforms, including CRM and SAP (customer relationship management platforms).
  • Handling leads generation.
  • Document & track all clients communication.
  • Responding to, and tracking inbound leads and requests
  • Distributing leads to sales teams.
  • Responding to and routing Inbound Online Chat Sessions.
  • Developing lists for outbound campaigns management.
  • Helping to define data profile for leads and prospects.
  • Maintain Database Integrity.
  • Report on campaign results( Digital, SMS, Outdoor, TV, etc…)
  • Interpreting analytics and research for the company’s understanding
  • Managing proposals and contracts
  • Develop and communicate inventory operational management policies and procedures.
  • Inures the smoothness of the sales operations (Reservations, Contracts, Payment Plans).
  • Develop/provide all necessary reports that assist management.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree from a respectable university.
  • 2-4 years experience working as sales operations ex. or sales admin.
  • Strong organization and analytical skills.
  • Very good business writing
  • Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
  • Presentable.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Very good command of English.
