Job Description
- Drive thoughtful marketing strategies that impact in-store traffic, retention, and acquisition.
- Develop competent CRM Analytics to set KPIs that measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Partner with Global Events to create and implement in-store activations supporting increased traffic during key selling moments throughout the year.
- Build corporate initiatives through marketing partnerships driving new crowds to COLORS stores.
- Lead and implement Marketing strategies for different Makeup brands with a focus on topline growth and increasing market share and rank.
- Lead, plan, and execute launch.
- Lead implementation of COLORS-specific strategy and partner closely with Sales to ensure strong execution of COLORS-specific programming, promotions, and all initiatives.
- Develop seasonal marketing calendar to maximize launches and strategic focus. Ensure ongoing update and communication of the calendar to all relevant stakeholders.
- Develop strong working relationship key strategic brands. Communicate regularly to outline COLORS specific needs, provide feedback on launches, including category analysis.
- Manage the forecast process for new product launches and POSM materials, including benchmark analysis.
- Lead and drive merchandising initiatives and provide specific installations guidelines.
- Build and revise annual budget (promotional spending).
- Develop strong working relationship with Retail Partner to develop accurate and strategic forecasts for new products and Recommend adjustments to basic business forecasts based on new product projections.
- Track retail sales (weekly and monthly) and overall product performance in order to anticipate and react to changing environment.
- Propose retail-pricing recommendations for all new products and price increases on existing SKUs.
- Liaise frequently with Operations team to ensure that all programs arrive on time, highlighting any potential issues to management.
- Work with National Makeup Artist and Education team to develop the in store events strategy.
- Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of our strategies, trainings, selling tools, and products.
- Review seasonal in-store visual opportunities and ensure maximum exposure.
- Manage retail sampling and promotional activities.
- Work with Retail Partner on monthly stock to sales commitments, Review stock to sales ratio weekly to minimize out of stock in store.
- Support the development of brand-centric components of overall retail strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration from GUC/BUE/AUC.
- 7+ years of experience in the Marketing.
- Retail Marketing Experience is essential.
- Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
- Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
- English Fluency.
