Job Description

  1. Drive thoughtful marketing strategies that impact in-store traffic, retention, and acquisition.
  2. Develop competent CRM Analytics to set KPIs that measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  3. Partner with Global Events to create and implement in-store activations supporting increased traffic during key selling moments throughout the year.
  4. Build corporate initiatives through marketing partnerships driving new crowds to COLORS stores.
  5. Lead and implement Marketing strategies for different Makeup brands with a focus on topline growth and increasing market share and rank.
  6. Lead, plan, and execute launch.
  7. Lead implementation of COLORS-specific strategy and partner closely with Sales to ensure strong execution of COLORS-specific programming, promotions, and all initiatives.
  8. Develop seasonal marketing calendar to maximize launches and strategic focus. Ensure ongoing update and communication of the calendar to all relevant stakeholders.
  9. Develop strong working relationship key strategic brands. Communicate regularly to outline COLORS specific needs, provide feedback on launches, including category analysis.
  10. Manage the forecast process for new product launches and POSM materials, including benchmark analysis.
  11. Lead and drive merchandising initiatives and provide specific installations guidelines.
  12. Build and revise annual budget (promotional spending).
  13. Develop strong working relationship with Retail Partner to develop accurate and strategic forecasts for new products and Recommend adjustments to basic business forecasts based on new product projections.
  14. Track retail sales (weekly and monthly) and overall product performance in order to anticipate and react to changing environment.
  15. Propose retail-pricing recommendations for all new products and price increases on existing SKUs.
  16. Liaise frequently with Operations team to ensure that all programs arrive on time, highlighting any potential issues to management.
  17. Work with National Makeup Artist and Education team to develop the in store events strategy.
  18. Provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of our strategies, trainings, selling tools, and products.
  19. Review seasonal in-store visual opportunities and ensure maximum exposure.
  20. Manage retail sampling and promotional activities.
  21. Work with Retail Partner on monthly stock to sales commitments, Review stock to sales ratio weekly to minimize out of stock in store.
  22. Support the development of brand-centric components of overall retail strategy.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration from GUC/BUE/AUC.
  • 7+ years of experience in the Marketing. 
  • Retail Marketing Experience is essential. 
  • Experience in media planning, advertising, creative and concept development.
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding.
  • Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
  • English Fluency.
