Job Description

Responsibilities:

-Manage and implement all the office tasks for the CEO (correspondences - agenda’s – meetings – reports – etc.) to ensure delivering and receiving the messages on time with the right department and follow up on completion the task.

-Organize all correspondence for the CEO to ensure delivering the message at the right time.

-Manage the CEO’s agenda and attend the planned meetings to get the MOMs to share them with the concerned departments.

-Follow up with the management team implementing all the needed tasks as per the plan.

-Prepare letters, presentations, and reports for the CEO to ensure presenting the data in the right way.

-Handel all the CEO trips and conferences.

-Collect all reports from the departmental heads regards different projects and phases and make any needed analysis to share it with the CEO.

-Monitor all the usage of the stationery and admin material and tools in the office and make the PO when needed.

-Support in planning and executing the travel calendar for any team member as per the business needs and plans.

 

 

Job Requirements

Requirements:

-Bachelor degree.

-2 to 5 years of experience in the same field or similar one.

-EXCELLENT to FLUENT English level IS A MUST.

-Experience in MOS.

-Experience in ERP usage is a plus.
