Job Description
- Conducting non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspections on metal tanks and structural steel constructions.
- Reviewing and interpreting engineering drawings.
- Inspect incoming materials linked to work orders.
- Monitor product quality at all production stages.
- Review and verify material certificates and ensure measurement tools are available.
- Prepare technical reports for welding, assembly, painting, and warehouse handover.
- Issue non-conformance reports with proposed solutions.
- Prepare tank handover reports and review final files.
- Oversee product loading and ensure quality.
- Review product specifications and chemical materials
Job Requirements
- B.Sc. in Metallurgies or Mechanics from a (Governmental University)
- At least 1 year of experience in QC for welded structure (preferably metal fuel tanks) – Max experience should not exceed 5 years.
- NDT Holder.
- Residence: Zagazig, Belbis, 10th of Ramadan, Menoufia, Gesr El-Suez, Ring-Road (Qalyoub).
- Age: Applicants must be under the age of 30.
