Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote Etisalat Egypt’s products and services in English.
Clearly communicate product features, benefits, and promotions to customers, ensuring a high level of understanding and engagement.
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the telesales management team.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
Accurately record customer information, feedback, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.
Handle customer objections and questions professionally, providing clear and concise information.
Follow up with interested leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and close sales.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to share best practices and improve overall sales performance.
Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance guidelines during every interaction.
Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on new products, services, and sales techniques.

Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
Ability to work a fixed morning shift in an on-site office environment.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and standard office applications.
Excellent listening skills and the ability to handle objections effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
