Job Description

  • Customer acquisition activities.
  • Customer retention activities.
  • All the operational details that s/he will be oriented on in his location.
  • Doing follow up calls on new clients to ensure targeted fillings.
  • Following up on absent clients/kids.
  • Sending necessary e-mails.
  • Observing kids in/ out and floor control during kids presence
  • Reporting any incident to YL Learner's main operations- Receiving any feedback from clients and sending it to YL parents relation officer.
  • Handling necessary data on CRM.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any field.
  • 1 year of experience in the customer service field is a plus.
  • Good command of written & spoken English (Berlitz Proficiency Level 3+).
  • Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Accountability Skills.
  • Team Work.
  • Adaptability.
  • Customer Oriented.
  • Positive Attitude.
