Job Description
- Customer acquisition activities.
- Customer retention activities.
- All the operational details that s/he will be oriented on in his location.
- Doing follow up calls on new clients to ensure targeted fillings.
- Following up on absent clients/kids.
- Sending necessary e-mails.
- Observing kids in/ out and floor control during kids presence
- Reporting any incident to YL Learner's main operations- Receiving any feedback from clients and sending it to YL parents relation officer.
- Handling necessary data on CRM.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- 1 year of experience in the customer service field is a plus.
- Good command of written & spoken English (Berlitz Proficiency Level 3+).
- Excellent user of Advanced Excel, and all Microsoft applications.
- Communication Skills.
