Job Description
- Participate in developing the sales target plan Increase sales and profits
- Create a good working atmosphere within the branches
- Maintaining the level of customer service in the branches
- Maintain a good level of training for the monkeys Leading a group of branch managers to achieve sales targets
- Ensure compliance with operating rules
- Finding solutions to problems arising between individuals or customers
- Review the performance of individuals in the branches Submit daily reports to the direct manager (sales manager)

- التأكد من الإلتزام بقواعد التشغيل
- إيجاد حلول للمشكلات الناجمة بين الأفراد أو العملاء
- مراجعة أداء الأفراد بالفروع
- رفع تقارير يومية للمدير المباشر (مدير البيع)
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in pharmacy only
- 5 years experience in pharmacy management
- Ability to work in a team
- The ability to quickly make a decision Ability to motivate colleagues
- Daily follow-up of work email and sales follow-up program
- Ability to deal in writing on inclination
