Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
Review the work progress on daily basis
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
Analyses, manage and mitigate risks
Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists.
Daily progress meetings with project manager for work progress and site requirements.
Monitor and control all site execution activities according to the project planned program.
Monitor and control the performance of the site team.
Order all the site requirements (material, tools, equipment, ...etc.).
Responsible for handing over and get approval from the consultant for the executed works.
Ensure that all the site team is executing according to the approved drawings and materials.
Monitor and control the site store for the availability of the execution requirement from material and tools, ...etc.
Review subcontractors' payment.
Waste management and cost control.
Preparing and submitting all method statements for all construction stages.

Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering.
10 to 15 years’ experience in construction projects (at least 4 years as a construction manager).
Proven working experience in construction management
Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
Excellent computer knowledge.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Competent in conflict and crisis management
