Job Description
AME is seeking to hire Commercial Manager who is a key player in our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our commercial and sales activities. He will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to maximize profitability, secure new business opportunities, and manage client relationships.
- Develop and implement overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives.
- Oversee pricing strategy and ensure profitability of commercial activities.
- Supervise & Approve negotiation and closing of commercial contracts, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
- Contribute in setting the annual sales targets and Applying the annual budget regarding the business expansion plan.
- Manage and build strong relationships with key clients and internal & external partners.
- Manage the commercial team (Sales teams), providing coaching and mentorship, Follow up the Status of the weekly/ monthly quotations & POs with the sales teams.
- Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and market characteristics.
- Oversee branding and marketing endeavors to ensure all efforts are aligned with business goals.
- Guide & Supervise Marketing team in market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
- Sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, Applying the Sales Forecasting Reports & Coordinating with Production, Finance and Project managers.
- Expanding, planning and coordinating the exportation of the products, and supervise the Logistics transactions in importing & exporting processes.
- Support for late collections from customers accordingly to the company approved procedures.
- Attend networking events and build industry connections in order to facilitate business growth.
- Lead and Supervise the creation and Implementation of CRM application.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably Bachelor's Degree of Engineering).
- MBA holders are preferred.
- Experience: 10-12 years in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the field of Engineering systems / solutions), with Min. 2-3 years of experience in commercial management or business development role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and implementing commercial strategies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork & Leadership skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong background in Exporting, and Logistics process.
- Fluent English.
