Job Description
- Reception and welcoming Guests.
- Guests can be accommodated by registering and arranging their stay.
- Guests must hand over their keys, numbers and receipt when leaving.
- Open, retain and close guest accounts at the time of guest's departure.
- Respond to guest queries about hotel services. Guide tourists.
- Registration and receipt of guest deposits and delivery to them upon request.
- Receive and record voice messages.
- Receive and deliver mail to their owners.
- Exchange of traveler's checks and exchange of foreign currency Dealing wisely with guest requests and solving their problems.
- Dealing with the services and technology used in the hotel.
- Participate in room reporting through coordination with room services for guests.
- Participate in preparing the final accounts reports of the front offices of the hotel
- Participate in the preparation of periodic reports on the work of the hotel and its performance within a specified period of time.
- Participate in the preparation of future plans for the work of the hotel.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
