Job Duties:
- Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticketing system
- Installing new software and hardware components
- Implementation of ERP projects including activities like: data gathering, software installation, training and support
- Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands
- Assisting with network administration tasks
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software
- Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer network
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions Install modify and repair computer hardware and software

Job Requirements
Requirements :
- 3 years’ experience
- Preferred Maadi residence or Near to Maadi
- Preferred female but males can also apply.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
- Minimum 1-year experience in ERP software installation, implementation, training and support (accounting, warehousing, operation management, CRM or full ERP software packages)
- Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
- In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks
- Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles
- Degree in Computer Science, engineering or relevant field
