Job Description

  • The main job responsibility is making sure that our customers who visit our stores are 100% satisfied.
  • Interacting with customers via phone calls and emails.
  • Making follow-up phone calls to make sure the issue has been resolved.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining positive customer relations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Preparing reports and required documents.
