We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in flight operations and ticketing within the tourism or travel industry.
- Proven expertise in ticketing, flight operations, Tourism, and Travel planning.
- Proficiency in using GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) and airline reservation systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in customer service and handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Demonstrated ability in Sales and negotiation.
- Excellent command of Cross-Cultural Communication.
