Job Description
- Achieving monthly sales target.
- Adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Overcoming objections by comparing your quote to other quotes clients have, etc…
- Updating CRM profiles for each client with follow ups with dates on each comment daily.
- Shopping around from all insurance companies that we deal with for the best quotation.
- Following up with clients to discuss the best quotation for the clients’ business that has been already received and close the deal.
- Binding the quotation with the insurance company after the client makes the down payment and collecting all the necessary documents and signatures.
- Recording any interaction with the insured once the policy is bound in the CRM is a must.
- Following up with the clients for their renewals.
Job Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field.
● Proven 1 year Sales experience in insurance.
● Fluency in English is a must.
● Strong communication & negotiation Skills.
● Hands on experience in CRM Software is a plus.
