Technical Trainer

▪ Collaborate with product development, operations, and product management to obtain information required to develop training materials on all aspects of the product.

▪ Develop training content, handouts, and outlines.

▪ Tailor training content based on the trainee’s specific needs

▪ Contribute to team planning for both training and development schedules.

▪ Deliver training programs/modules based on training plan requirements and according to a client-driven schedule.

▪ Adopt motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, to maximize learning and employee retention.

▪ Conduct class-based training, on-the-job training, virtual training and train-the-trainer programs.

▪ Support the development of e-learning solutions.

▪ Ensure new training methodologies are incorporated into the training approach used.
