Job Description
• Process payments for materials, services, and equipment purchases.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Issue receipts, refunds, and change to customers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Assist with invoicing, billing, and other accounting-related duties.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company policies and procedures.
• Provide customer support and answer inquiries regarding payments or billing.
• Support management with administrative tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
• Proven experience as a Teller/ Treasury Accountant or in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and cash management.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
